How it works

You stay in the attic. We handle the phone.

Homeowners call. Our team answers, qualifies the request and schedules the appointment.

When the job is ready, your crew gets the details in WhatsApp.

No chasing leads. No calling back strangers. No complicated contractor portal.

  1. 01

    The homeowner calls

Our team answers 24/7 and collects:

    • Homeowner name and phone
    • Property address

  2. 02

    The job card hits WhatsApp

Customer name, phone, full address, job type, notes, appointment date, start and end time — and the quoted assessment fee where applicable.

No portal. No app to install. Just the WhatsApp your crew already uses.

Appointments, not leads

Stop chasing leads. Start receiving appointments.

You don't get a name and a phone number and then spend your afternoon trying to reach someone.

Our team handles the first call, qualifies the request and schedules the appointment before it reaches your crew.

Questions

What contractors ask before applying.

Do you guarantee a number of jobs?

No. Job flow depends on the market, the season, your coverage area and the services you perform. We don't promise a minimum number of jobs or any level of income.

How does the network get paid?

Through a revenue share on paid jobs dispatched through the network, as set out in the Contractor Terms. You can read the Terms in full before you sign. There's no fee to apply.

Can I turn down a job?

Yes. You can accept or decline individual jobs.

Who sets the price of the work?

You do. You assess the job on site, quote it and invoice in your own company's name. The only price quoted on the call is the initial assessment fee you give us — or that it's free.

Do I need to install an app or use a portal?

No. Jobs arrive as messages in a WhatsApp group we set up with your dispatch number.

What happens after I apply?

We review your application and may ask for license and insurance documents. Once approved, we set up your WhatsApp dispatch group and confirm when dispatch is active in your area.

Ready to put your crew on the dispatch network?

Tell us where you work and what your crew does in-house. The application takes about 4 minutes.
